Proactive Value Chain Administrator

Overview: The Proactive Value Chain Administrator (PVCA) is responsible for on-time processing of proactive purchase orders requests (PORs). The goal is to make sure that proactive spares are purchased strategically in cost efficient manner. The client & supplier locations are not only in the Philippines but are located across the different countries around the world. PVCAs are also expected to other administrative tasks such as data encoding, documentation, etc. Primary Workflow: Cost efficient & on time processing of Proactive Purchase Order Request (PPOR): a. Quoting / Pricing, negotiating, evaluating & selecting recommended supplier. b. Seeking approval from executive team by sending complete information with recommendations. c. Ordering, processing of required documents & tracking of shipment. d. Invoicing reconciliation and settlement. e. Daily reports of current open (Purchase Order Requests) POR. • Obtain timely customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and insuring invoicing for services is completed accurately and within the timeframe consistent with the import account and company policy. • On time processing of Inventory Mo…
