Strategic Solutions Engineer I

We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer I to build customer reporting, support parcel and transportation analysis, and serve as the conduit between our customers’ data and the team that advises them. The ideal candidate brings early analytics experience, advanced Excel skills, and the curiosity to chase a data problem to its root cause. This is a development role: you will learn the parcel industry alongside a Strategic Solutions Manager who invests in your growth, and you will wear several hats along the way — project coordinator, solution architect, business analyst. What You’ll Do Build, clone, and modify customer reports to Green Mountain Technology standards, and create on-demand reporting for client requests.
