Client Manager, P&C – Job Description Position Summary Responsible for managing and servicing a book of Property & Casualty business by acting as the primary client contact, delivering tailored risk management and insurance solutions, and coordinating internal resources to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership in client service delivery, risk assessment, and relationship management while supporting organizational growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Ownership ·Serve as the primary client contact for an assigned book of business. ·Lead client strategy including coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery. ·Provide direction to client service team members and ensure alignment with client needs. ·Act as subject matter expert in Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
