About the Role Buyer behavior is shifting. Compliance leaders increasingly research vendors through AI answer engines - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot not just a page of blue links. At the same time, our website is where interest becomes pipeline. This role brings both under one owner: a high-performing website that converts, and a deliberate strategy to be discovered, understood and cited by the engines our buyers now trust. You’ll be the person who turns “AEO” from a buzzword into a measurable, company-wide capability at MCO . Responsibilities Website & conversion Own the strategy, roadmap and day-to-day performance of mycomplianceoffice.com, with conversion as the primary success metric. Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO): hypothesis-led A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, form and CTA optimization, and continuous improvement of high-intent paths (demo requests, content downloads, contact). Design and optimize landing pages and conversion journeys in partnership with demand generation, so every campaign lands somewhere built to convert.
