Paid Search Manager

Why this role exists We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and data-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads programs. Managing a combined monthly budget of $225K–$250K+, you will be directly responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and continuous growth of our paid search efforts. You will oversee a multi-faceted account structure—including Branded, Non-Branded, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Generation campaigns—leveraging advanced tROAS bidding strategies to maximize revenue and return on ad spend. What are your responsibilities: End-to-End Account Ownership : Strategy, buildout, optimization, and daily management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts targeting high-volume revenue growth. Bidding Strategy & Budget Allocation : Manage and fine-tune automated bidding strategies (specifically tROAS and Maximize Conversion Value), continuously balancing spend between high-intent search, PMax, and Demand Gen channels.
