Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (full-cycle IC) to launch and validate a new B2B sales motion in the Polish hotel market. This is an MVP role: rather than executing an already-proven playbook, you’ll be the first person testing whether and how hotels buy our Hotel Profit Audit and wider Hotel Profit Management services/solutions — who the real decision-makers are, which messages and channels work, and whether a repeatable sales funnel emerges. You’ll own the full cycle — prospecting, outreach, discovery, meetings, follow-up and eventually closing the first pilot clients — and report directly to the business owner driving this initiative, with coordination on the BnBerry side. In the first 90 days, success will be defined by: 1) Researching accounts and identifying real decision-makers (owners/GMs) 2) Booking qualified discovery meetings 3) Keeping disciplined, complete CRM records 4) Capturing structured market feedback (objections, pricing sensitivity, effective messaging) to validate the offer and funnel You’ll sell into hospitality buyers (owners, GMs) and should bring genuine outbound B2B sales discipline, even if you haven’t sold into hospitality before.
