200 AUD per month Working Hours & Conditions: Australian Hours Holidays: Public holidays in AU Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Australian construction projects. Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Perform digital take-offs using Bluebeam Revu. Estimate PVC wall systems, including materials, accessories, and installation requirements. Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare tender submissions, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pricing schedules. Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities during the estimating process. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to clarify project requirements. Maintain estimating databases, cost libraries, and historical pricing records. Ensure estimates comply with Australian building standards, project specifications, and company procedures. Assist with post-tender clarifications and handover to the project delivery team.
