Technical Account Manager

About the role: The Technical Account Manager owns the post-sale technical relationship with Semarchy 's most strategic customers. As Semarchy evolves its customer engagement into a technical-led model, the TAM brings deep product expertise, architectural perspective, and outcome ownership to every account — the technical partner who turns a Semarchy investment into realized business value. TAMs partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, who own the executive relationship and commercial motion, and with CX Operations, which owns health scoring and renewal forecasting. TAMs report to the regional Director of Technical Account Management. Nice to Have Nice to have Experience supporting customers through a platform transition (legacy MDM to modern MDM, on-prem to SaaS). Snowflake or other cloud data platform certifications. Background in a regulated or data-intensive industry (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, retail, manufacturing). Multilingual capability for EMEA-based roles (French, German, Spanish, or Italian). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
