WHAT YOU'LL OWN Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Support Account Managers in organizing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables Develop and refine email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion Write and edit compelling email copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance Monitor campaign performance metrics — open rates, click-through rates, conversions — and translate data into actionable improvements Ensure all email campaigns are properly tested, proofread, and QA'd before deployment Stay current with email marketing trends, platform updates, and deliverability best practices WHO YOU ARE 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a similar role (Required) Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar (Required) Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign optimization A detail-oriented coordinator who keeps campaigns on track without dropping a single deliverable…
