PeopleFinders | Remote | Reports to Performance Marketing Leadership Job Purpose The Senior BI & Marketing Analyst is the company’s hands-on business intelligence resource, responsible for turning data from across the business into timely, accurate reporting and actionable insight — with a particular focus on performance marketing. This role operates at two altitudes: partnering with marketing leadership to assist in planning what the business needs from its data at a high level, and then personally executing the analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to deliver it. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who ramps quickly on new businesses, industries, and datasets, sets a high bar for accuracy, and is equally comfortable presenting to executives and writing the SQL themselves.
