Technical Account Engineer

What You Can Expect In this role, you serve as the primary technical point of contact for Zoom's most strategic enterprise customers, owning integration challenges from first report to final resolution across Zoom's full suite of Video, Native, Mobile, and CoBrowse SDKs. Day to day, you partner with SDK engineering, Solutions Engineers, and CSMs to diagnose multi-layer technical problems, lead customer troubleshooting calls, and translate complex issues into documented solutions that millions of developers depend on. Candidates without hands-on experience reading and debugging code across JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, or without direct API/SDK integration or troubleshooting experience, will find the core technical demands of this role difficult to meet. This is a strong opportunity for a technically grounded customer advocate ready to solve hard problems and make a measurable difference at scale.
