Description Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Position Summary Position Summary The Senior Program Manager, leads enterprise-level enablement efforts that support the execution, adoption, and scale of Liberty Mutual ’s employee engagement Torchbearers program — developing the tools, resources, operating rhythms, and reporting infrastructure that help leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners engage with the program consistently and effectively. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role partners across Communications, HR, Operations, Data, and Technology to translate enterprise priorities into practical, scalable support mechanisms.
