Talent Experience Coordinator

The Talent Experience Coordinator, is a project-based contract position supporting a large-scale transition of contingent workers to new assignments as part of a customer's implementation of an updated internal accounting and workforce management platform. This role will focus on creating, updating, and maintaining worker assignments to ensure uninterrupted worker access and a seamless continuation of services throughout the migration process. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Talent Experience Coordinator will manage high-volume validation and transfer of compliance documents between systems while partnering closely with internal operations teams and managers. The role is critical to supporting the successful migration of more than 750 active worker assignments while maintaining ongoing business-as-usual operations. Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of contingent worker document packets to verify document accuracy and completeness.
