Australian Loan Processor (with experience in myCRM)

Position : Loan Processor Salary : PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month Working Hours & Conditions : Aligned with Australian hours; full-time (remote) OVERVIEW : To serve as the high-speed "Engine Room" of the brokerage. You will be responsible for taking the loan structures designed by the Credit Specialist and executing them with 100% accuracy from data entry through to unconditional approval. RESPONSIBILITIES : Submission Excellence: Execute end-to-end applications via ApplyOnline and various lender portals (Big 4, Macquarie, etc.) with zero errors. The "Express" Lane: Independently manage simple residential files (PAYG, Refinance, First Home Buyers) from start to finish. Technical Support: Collaborate with the Credit Specialist on complex files; you will handle document verification, data entry, and MIR (Missing Information Request) management for these deals. Lender & Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders to push files through to approval. Communicate with clients during the "processing phase" to ensure a 5-star experience.
