Associate Director, Field Analytics

General Description: The Associate Director, Field Analytics will predominantly be focused on secondary data analytics to inform business strategy and field optimization strategies to ensure successful commercialization of BeiGene ’s products. This role may also evolve to take on global (ex-China) activities as well. This individual must work effectively with sales teams and home office personnel to provide insights and recommendations on a variety of issues and imperatives impacting sales team success. Specific examples of key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Development of the targeting / call plan for sales personnel, sales force alignment, sales force effectiveness, and ad hoc analytics.
