Director, Operations Analytics

About The Role As the Director, Operations Analytics, you will deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business here at The RealReal . You will work closely with senior leaders and executives in inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops org, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business. You will collaborate with operations analysts to understand, measure, and optimize efficiency in our operations, provide clarity of business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive alignment to focus on the most impactful areas for our company. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to design, guide, and complete enterprise scale and strategic level of analyses.
