Combining hands-on software development expertise with deep experience using AI tooling and modern workflows, you will have the following focus: Team Coaching & Enablement: Work directly with engineering teams to embed AI-assisted and agentic development practices into daily workflows. Coach teams on balancing engineering quality, security, and maintainability with AI-assisted development. Delivery & Productivity Optimization: Partner with engineering leadership to identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity through the use of AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration. Prototyping & Architecture: Remain hands-on by building prototypes, examples, and reference implementations demonstrating effective agentic development patterns.
