10,000 Position Overview Our client is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a Department of Veterans Affairs program. They are seeking one Tier II Business Analyst with mid-level expertise and one Tier III Business Analyst with advanced/expert-level, SME knowledge of the Momentum financial management system. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience supporting Momentum within a complex federal environment and will be comfortable working across multiple functional modules and business process areas. These positions will work closely with VA customers, functional and technical teams, developers, and other stakeholders to analyze business and system issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and help drive issues through resolution. Successful candidates will be self-directed, analytical, highly collaborative, and able to translate complex functional and technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
