We are seeking a Senior Provider Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to primary care organizations in New Jersey using Counterpart Assistant. This individual will own the success of a complex portfolio of provider partnerships and lead the strategies that drive sustained adoption, measurable performance improvement, expansion, and long-term retention. This is a senior, results-oriented, provider-facing role for someone who can influence clinical and operational leaders, guide practices through meaningful workflow transformation, and connect product utilization to value-based care outcomes.
