About the Role Launchpad Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead software implementation projects for international customers. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows how to take ownership of an implementation from kickoff through Go-Live and stabilization, keeping customers, consultants, technical teams, and external partners aligned throughout the process. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, escalations, and customer expectations while ensuring projects continue moving toward successful delivery.
