Customer Experience & Support: Provide accurate, timely, and personalised support to customer inquiries across channels, strictly adhering to SLAs and established SOPs—while identifying opportunities to improve them. Operational Execution: Follow and execute daily workflows with precision, using documented SOPs as a guide.
