Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role This role owns social media and email marketing for a fintech wealth planning platform, sitting within the Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will shape how the brand shows up across every channel, turning each post and campaign send into a learning opportunity that drives real audience growth and engagement. What You'll Do Manage brand social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, keeping content on-brand and on-calendar. Partner with external content creation agencies to brief, align, and deliver work on time. Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and key announcements. Engage daily by responding to comments, answering DMs, and starting real conversations with the audience. Spot trends quickly and translate them into on-brand content opportunities. Own the email marketing strategy in HubSpot, from planning through execution. Write and design newsletters that subscribers genuinely want to read.
