ELD Specialist

We are searching for a knowledgeable and passionate ELD Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will use your expertise in Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and FMCSA compliance to support drivers, dispatchers, and fleet management. You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations across our company. Key Responsibilities for ELD Support and Compliance Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Train drivers, dispatchers, and team members on proper ELD usage, Hours of Service (HOS), and best practices for electronic log maintenance. Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and generate necessary reports for safety audits and FMCSA mandates. Communicate with drivers and fleet managers to resolve ELD-related questions promptly and professionally. Document and escalate recurring issues to ELD vendors or internal IT for resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state ELD regulations, ensuring company practices are current and fully compliant.
