Who We Need The Property Services Coordinator is a vital operational link between tenants, property owners, and third-party contractors. Working fully remotely, this role manages daily maintenance queries, coordinates reactive repairs and planned maintenance, and maintains strict statutory property compliance across our residential portfolio. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive problem solver with strong UK housing compliance knowledge, excellent remote communication skills, and a calm, customer-focused approach under pressure. Key Responsibilities Repairs & Maintenance Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for tenant and landlord repair inquiries via phone, email, and property management portals. Perform basic diagnostic questioning over the phone/email to identify issue scopes before dispatching contractors.
