JOB SUMMARY Services agency clients by recruiting highly qualified enrollees. Provides human capital management life-cycle support for program management and administration, working with internal Staff, Agency Monitors, and Coordinators; provides advice and assistance to the Enrollees who participate in the programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides guidance and assistance to client agency leaders and staff throughout the human capital life-cycle, from preparation of Position Descriptions (PDs) and Job Requisitions, to recruiting qualified experienced workers, to providing traditional staffing and support services.
