Role Overview We are seeking a Remote Client Success Associate to own and manage ongoing relationships with families receiving our educational services. You will serve as the operational and relational hub for each client account, from onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring each family’s experience is seamless, responsive, and high-value. You’ll work closely with academic coaches, consultants, billing teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely service, address concerns, and retain long-term clients.
