Freelance Senior Wind Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Wind Engineer with a proven track record in Technical Due Diligence services (contract review, yield assessment, site visits) in in CEE, the Middle East, the Caucasus and/or Central Asia. You have experience in wind energy, technical due diligence, resource assessment and/or project development. You will conduct technical due diligence for wind installations in Benelux, Eastern Europe, the Middle-East and Asia. This can include but is not limited to: Technical review of main components of wind turbines; Review of contracts (TSA, O&M contract, Power Purchase Agreement, Grid connection, etc..); Review of land leases and building permits; Review of environmental impact studies; Review of long-term energy yield assessments; Delivering the technical due diligence studies following the planning, budget and the internal quality process of execution; Liaising with the project Lender and/or Sponsors and other project stakeholders; Requirements +5 years of experience in Technical Due Diligence services (contract review, yield assessment, site visits) in the wind energy sector.
