Director, Email & Lifecycle Marketing

About the Role At BenefitHub , we connect millions of members across 22 markets with perks and benefits that make life a little better. Email is central to how we engage our members and drive results for our advertising and merchant partners—and this role runs that engine. We’re seeking a highly hands-on Director of Email & Lifecycle Marketing who lives and breathes newsletter strategy, deliverability, engagement, and monetization. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll shape the strategy, but you’ll also be in the work—building campaigns, solving problems, analyzing performance, testing, optimizing, and jumping in wherever needed, while leading a high-performing team. You’ll own a high-volume program of 40+ campaigns per week plus automated lifecycle journeys, partnering closely with internal marketing stakeholders, Ad Sales and Merchant teams—advising on best practices and turning sold inventory and placements into engaging, effective campaigns.
