Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst , who will be responsible for maximizing spot market win rate and margin across client’s automated and manual pricing channels. This role monitors load boards on behalf of multiple customers, personally bids on exception freight that falls outside the parameters of automated pricing bot, and continuously evaluates bot performance to recommend rule and rate adjustments that improve coverage and competitiveness. The Pricing Analyst partners with carrier sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure pricing decisions are fast, accurate, and aligned with market conditions.
