Art Supervisor

WHAT DOES AN ART SUPERVISOR DO? The Art Supervisor (AS) is an active contributor to the creative team, taking full responsibility of concept and art/design development across various projects ranging in complexity and scope. The AS is a direct liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account team members, focused on answering strategic and creative expectations. The AS has solid understanding of FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical promotion requirements across all communication channels. Additionally, the AS has an intimate knowledge of marketing/advertising principles necessary to ensure work achieves full potential, adheres to brand standards, and ensures a consistent brand experience across all channels. The AS expertly presents and defends work internally and externally as needed. The AS exhibits leadership capabilities by monitoring workload of direct reports, intervening when necessary, so that quality and timelines are not compromised. The AS plays a pivotal role in leading and elevating design/art direction across the team.
