As part of our commercial and operations organisation, we're hiring a Team Lead – Customer Compliance to lead our compliance team and ensure that customer verification is performed with the highest standards of quality, attention to detail, speed, and consistency. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will not only manage and coach the team — you will actively perform compliance checks yourself, lead by example, and continuously look for ways to improve how compliance works across the company.
