Serving as the primary point of contact for our medical practice, you will manage inbound phone calls, schedule patient appointments, and verify insurance eligibility. Working alongside a collaborative virtual team supporting the practice, the ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, a professional phone presence, and hands-on experience navigating ModMed (EMA) .
