ServiceNow Architect

Beyond20 is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing training and consulting practice. This position will report to the Chief Architect but will work with a significant degree of autonomy, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. While this role is not primarily a development role, the qualified candidate will have extensive consulting experience configuring and deploying at least three or more modules within the ServiceNow platform. In addition to current certifications in CSA and CAD, three additional current ServiceNow product line certifications are required. The position is remote, but may require some travel ( The ServiceNow Architect will interface with customers to elicit requirements, translate into user stories, create design documentation, and lead the development team in building the customer requirements into fully functional solutions.
