Job title: Payroll and Accounts Payable Analyst Job type: Full-time Location: Remote (US only) Job Summary: We are looking for a Payroll & Accounts Payable Analyst to own the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and vendor payments. You will sit at the heart of our finance operations — ensuring employees and vendors are paid correctly and on schedule, controls are followed, and payroll and A/P data reconcile cleanly to the general ledger. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end payroll processing across all pay cycles, including new hires, terminations, status changes, bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle runs Calculate, reconcile, and remit payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, GL coding, approval routing, and timely vendor payments via ACH, check, and wire Perform three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders Maintain vendor master data, collect W-9s, and prepare and file annual 1099s Reconcile payroll and A/P subledgers to t…
