Junior GTM Engineer

We're looking for a systems-obsessed GTM Engineer to own and architect our outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This is a hands-on builder role, the person who sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, and Outbound strategy, designing fully automated outbound systems that run at scale. This is a full-time, remote role, working EU hours. About the role This role is perfect for someone who loves Clay, lead generation, data, research, and outbound systems . You will work closely with our GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to turn ICPs into clean, accurate, campaign-ready lead lists. You will build Clay workflows, enrich data, identify the right companies and contacts, and help us improve the quality and speed of our outbound campaigns.
