TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST/ HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (RECRUITER) – INTERN Work Location: THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE Job Type: INTERN TO PERMANENT PLACEMENT The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to day recruiting functions for the Sales and Marketing Channels at their respective site(s). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, set up interviews, and make job offers for all sales and marketing positions at their designated location(s). This position provides ongoing communication and collaboration with all hiring managers regarding the recruitment process within legal and company policies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also collaborates with the Director and/or VP of Business Affairs to analyze reports and trends and to also develop and execute agreed upon recruiting strategies.
