About the Role We’re looking for a People Ops Associate to join us part-time and support the delivery of creative, high-quality HR solutions for our clients. This role focuses on direct client project work, helping us execute onboarding programs, compensation research, policy updates, and HR system rollouts, rather than leading client-facing meetings. The right person will have strong judgment, a practical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across projects.
