JOB SUMMARY Oversees operations and activities in support of the program(s); ensures the delivery of timely, high quality, and cost-effective services to participating States. Works with the Program Director to improve the organization's capacity to serve, manage, and deliver experienced worker employment programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in managing all aspects of the program operations and activities. Serves as secondary point of contact for the program(s). Provides oversight, support, and guidance to Recruiters/Program Specialists.
