This is a high-accountability role requiring someone who is confident managing healthcare providers remotely, maintaining operational coverage, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring providers meet their commitments. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, decisive, and comfortable working independently. This role is best suited to someone who takes ownership, follows through consistently, and does not require close supervision.
