Job Opening: Intake Specialist (ABA Therapy) Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours) Type: Full-Time, Work from Home Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours) Responsibilities: Respond to intake inquiries via phone, email, and web forms promptly and professionally Guide families of autistic children through the intake and onboarding process with empathy and clarity Collect and review client documentation (e.g., diagnosis reports, insurance, funding forms) Schedule assessments and initial consultations Maintain accurate records using our practice management software Collaborate with the clinical, billing, and administrative teams Follow up with families to ensure timely completion of all intake steps Essential Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent administrative management Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, CRMs, CentralReach, EHRs) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive Requirements Desired Experience: Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) therapy terminology and processes Previous expe…
