About the Role- Content Lead Key Contribution of the role: Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business goals. Use the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to shape user-focused content. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Plan content for all customer journey stages. Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms. Align content with user intent and optimize for ranking opportunities like AI overviews and snippets. Audit and refine content for relevance and performance.
