Technical Recruiter

Prelim is hiring our first dedicated recruiter. We're a profitable, remote-first company doubling revenue year over year, and hiring is now the constraint on growth. You'll learn to run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, trained by the people who built our recruiting process. We’re looking for someone sharp, fast, and relentless about improving. Our interview loops, rubrics, and processes are already built — your job is to master them, run them, and eventually make them better than we could. What you'll do Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting offers through close Fill pipelines with cold outreach, referrals, and events — not just process inbound applications Partner with hiring managers to understand what “exceptional” looks like for each role Help run campus recruiting efforts Track pipeline metrics and report what’s working and what isn’t Protect candidate experience — fast loops, honest communication, clean closes What we're looking for Clear communicator with strong writing skills: you’ll write JD’s, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation Genuine interest in people: reading them, per…
