Real Estate Transaction Specialist – Remote | Transaction Coordination & Closings Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an experienced Real Estate Transaction Specialist to manage high-volume single-family real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership across transaction coordination, contracts, title, closings, deadlines, and stakeholder communication . You’ll manage 30–50 active transactions simultaneously , working with sellers, buyers, title companies, agents, and internal teams to keep every deal organized and moving toward closing. What You’ll Own Transaction Coordination & Closings Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract to close Oversee 30–50 concurrent real estate transactions Track inspections, title updates, financing milestones, and closing dates Identify and resolve issues before they delay closing Maintain clear visibility across every active transaction Contracts & Documentation Draft and manage purchase agreements, amendments, addenda, and closing documents Review documentation for accuracy, com…
