Summary As a Business Development Representative at PACE, you’ll help drive new business by booking qualified meetings for our Advisors. This is a high-activity, outbound role for people who are motivated, goal‑driven, and eager to build a long-term sales career. You’ll build your pipeline through strategic outreach, consistent follow-up, and strong execution, with training, coaching, and leadership support behind you. What You’ll Do Drive new business by making outbound calls to qualified prospects using leads provided by PACE Operate in a outbound environment, with daily call expectations and performance targets.
