I lead Cooking Gift Set Co. as CEO. We're a design-led cooking, food and kitchen brand, founded in 2016. My edge is product development - introducing new, design-forward products to the market. My background is in design and I personally lead product validation and design. My biggest goal over the next 12 months is to accelerate product launches: we managed 4 new products this past year and I want to hit 15 next year. Launching more products is the number one lever for growth. The biggest challenge in the way is the sourcing bottleneck - chasing suppliers, getting NNNs signed, hitting cost sheet targets and sample quality.
