Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Per diem weekends

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), CareLine, PRN is responsible for diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual, remote consultation via video conference or telephone. Providing on-call coverage, the incumbent in this role serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls. He/She is accountable for assessing, diagnosing, treating and precisely documenting geriatric patients’ physical and psychosocial health status through the collection of health data. To maintain a per diem position on our after hours telehealth urgent care line, the encumbent in this position will work a minimum of 72 hours per every three months on the weekend.
