Solutions Systems Engineer

Job Description Agilent is looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to operate at the enterprise level within the Systems Solutions Center of Excellence. This role combines hands-on systems engineering with cross-business enablement, acting as a technical integrator, enterprise reviewer, and catalyst for innovation across Agilent product lines. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Enablement Contribute to acceleration of the Product Lifecycle (PLC) by applying and reinforcing enterprise systems engineering best practices across business units. Partner with engineering teams and leaders within each business unit to understand product strategies, development challenges, and execution bottlenecks. Support adoption of standardized lifecycle frameworks, requirements practices, and V&V approaches while preserving necessary product-specific flexibility. Enterprise Systems & Architecture Support Act as an enterprise systems engineer, participating in architectural reviews and design decisions across product lines.
