Non-Technical Founder

Location: Flexible / Remote As a founder, you will lead the development and growth of the venture. You will work closely with Mindsets Ventures team to validate, build, commercialize and scale the venture. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Defining the "why" and "what" of the product, creating wireframes and prototypes, and setting the product roadmap. Project Management & Communication: Translating product vision into technical requirements, reviewing MVPs, and managing product development. Customer Validation & Market Research: Conducting user interviews to validate the problem, ensuring the product solves a real market need. Business Development & Sales: Forging partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and driving early customer acquisition. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Pitching to investors, managing stakeholder relationships, and securing funding. Team Building & Hiring: Recruiting, hiring, and managing technical talent or outsourcing agencies to build the product.
