The Role We Need: PadSplit is growing rapidly, and we’re expanding our Sales team to meet increasing demand from property owners and real estate investors eager to join our mission. As we continue to scale, we need driven Account Executives who can connect new partners to the PadSplit platform and help unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country. Here's What You'll Do Day-To-Day: Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new prospects from a mix of inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads. Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling to meet monthly KPIs. Sales Execution: Deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate the superior financial and social impact of PadSplit.
