DTC Website Performance & CRO Manager

Category: Marketing Location: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Website Performance & CRO Manager to own conversion performance across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website conversion rates, optimizing user experience, maintaining website performance standards, and driving measurable revenue growth for Shopify-based brands. You will proactively identify opportunities, develop optimization strategies, execute experiments, and translate data into actionable business decisions. This is not a task-execution role. We are looking for someone who can independently identify what needs to be optimized, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and connect every website improvement to measurable performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities CRO & Conversion Ownership Conduct comprehensive CRO audits to identify user friction, conversion barriers, and revenue opportunities.
